The Chronic Lymphocytic Leukaemia Support Association (CLLSA

The Chronic Lymphocytic Leukaemia Support Association (CLLSA) was formed in 2005 by a group of CLL patients and there are now over 1000 members.  It is a patient led organisation whose purpose is to provide support to CLL patients and their carers by keeping them informed of recent and relevant developments in CLL treatment and research and to provide opportunities for awareness raising and mutual support.  They do this through regular meetings which include a Consultant guest speaker along with discussion tables on related topics, along with newsletters and updates.

Thw CLLSA has well established links with partner leukaemia and cancer support charities but they are the only charity in the UK dedicated to CLL, the most common leukaemia in adults.
