From the main Truro Health Park entrance you should enter and go left until you see the Three Spires main reception at the end of the building.

There is parking for patients and secure places to leave cycles as well as wheelchair access, lifts and wheelchair toilet facilities at Truro Health Park.

Patients can park for up to two hours, and arrangements will be in place for patients who exceed the two hour period due to their appointment over-running.

CAR PARKING

TRURO HEALTH PARK PARKING

Patients can park at the Health Park for up to two hours, and arrangements will be in place for patients who exceed the two hour period due to their appointment over-running.

If you do exceed two hour’s parking due to your appointment at Three Spires, you may request a Parking Proforma - this will need to be completed by Reception.  This Proforma will ensure that a Parking Charge Notice isn’t issued to the vehicles owner.  There is no parking at any time for THP staff or NHS staff / stakeholders attending site for ad –hoc visits, NHS business, meetings or training.

Details of the nearest public parking is available from THP.communityservice@pch-cic.nhs.uk

For meetings at the Health Park, where participating patients or staff holding a disabled car badge are expected to be present for more than two hours, the Site manager should be contacted in advance on THPSitemanagement@cornwall.nhs.uk with names, vehicles registration number and times requested so that arrangements can be made.

This arrangement will ensure that parking is available for patients visiting the Health Park for clinical appointments and for collection of prescriptions at the pharmacy.  The Health Park is managed and monitored by Total Parking Solutions who will enforce any misuse of the site by issuing Parking Charge Notices. Anyone wishing to appeal may do so by following the instructions on the Parking Charge Notice.
